Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 19, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how High Altitude Exotics (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit highaltitudeexoticsnm.com or our retail location at 109 W Broadway, Farmington, NM 87401.

Age Restriction

This website is intended for visitors who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with New Mexico Cannabis Regulation Act. By using this site you confirm that you are 21+ and legally able to purchase cannabis in the state of New Mexico.

Information We Collect

We collect two categories of information:

• Information you provide — name, email, or phone number you submit through our contact form, newsletter signup, or in-store loyalty program.
• Information collected automatically — IP address, browser type, device, referring URL, pages viewed, and similar analytics data collected through Google Analytics 4 and our hosting logs.

We do not process online purchases directly. Cannabis orders are placed and tracked through our in-store point of sale or third-party menu providers, each of which maintains its own privacy policy.

How We Use Information

• Respond to questions, contact form submissions, and customer service requests.
• Send menu, deal, or event updates to subscribers who have opted in.
• Measure how visitors use the site so we can improve content and navigation.
• Comply with state regulations, including age verification at the point of sale.

Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to enable site functionality and to gather aggregate analytics through Google Analytics 4. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the site will still function without them. Google’s data handling is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers that help us operate the site (hosting, analytics, email).
• State or local regulators where required by New Mexico cannabis law.
• Law enforcement when compelled by valid legal process.

Data Retention

We retain analytics data for the period defined by our Google Analytics configuration (default 26 months) and contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond and to keep reasonable records.

Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you by emailing info@highaltitudeexoticsnm.com. We will respond within a reasonable time consistent with state and federal law.

Children

This site is not directed to anyone under 21. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided information through this site, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of this page for at least 30 days.
